Where our information comes from
Every concept guide is checked against open textbooks and reference works, chiefly OpenStax Biology 2e, OpenStax Concepts of Biology, the NCBI Bookshelf and the NHGRI glossary, and each page lists the sections it relies on. Every worked example, ratio and frequency is recomputed before a page ships. Where sources give different figures, as they do for the ATP yield of respiration, the page says so and names its source. The review ledger lives in the repository as CONCEPTS-REVIEW.md.

AI powers the explanations in the app and may help draft the guides. On this site, every claim is checked against its source before a page becomes indexable.
What Cyllo is for
Learning the material. Explanations in the app are AI-generated and can contain a mistake, which is why every step is shown so you can check it. Neither the app nor this site promises a grade or an exam result, and neither is a way around doing the work.
